Part of the new 123 Perfect collection, Bourjois' CC Eye Cream & Concealer is designed to smooth out, brighten and hydrate the under eye area whilst covering up those pesky dark circles.
It comes with a tip that will help you get the concealer into the tricky corners of the eye area. The texture is thin and hence blends quickly. I recommend using a small quantity under the eyes and lightly dusting it off with powder.
Next up is the Liner Feurte. The one I have comes in 14 Noir Moka and is a rich deep brown. Complete your look by using this with Bourjois' Smokey Eyes Palette in soft pinks (reviewed here).
All of the eyeliners I purchase come with a felt-tip applicator. I find it easy to use such as opposed to the ones that have an extremely thin brush. Think control and precision for the perfect cat eye.
The eyeliner lasts for hours without smudging. It isn't resistant to water (I'm glad because I'm not a fan of waterproof make-up); unless you use a make-up remover, the eyeliner will stay put.
