This month's box is a pretty cool one. There's a brand I discovered that I'm really excited about!
Insight Professional is an Italian brand focused on hair care products (they also have a skin care range). The line-up for all hair types (from dry to frizzy) is void of silicon, parabens, colorants, petrolatum and other nasties. I received a shampoo and conditioner for dry hair. Even if my hair weren't dry, I'd still use it. I've noticed that dry hair products have some of the best ingredients and nourish the hair better. Back to this duo- oats, almond oil and coconut oil and some of the ingredients. It pretty much reminds me of this.
I have yet to try this- I will over the weekend and report back.
Next up is the Roger & Gallet Gingembre Rouge fragrance. This is an extremely fruity-floral fragrance and while Ginger is one of the ingredients, I failed to get a whiff of the spicy note. The floral fruity notes can get quite overwhelming, so if you are a fan of such fragrances you might want this on your makeup table.
Sally Hansen is one nail polish brand making a lot of noise especially at fashion shows where they become the go-to choice of makeup artists. This beautiful peony shade is called 523 Aflorable. The Sally Hansen Salon Manicure range delivers on one of the glossiest finishes I've ever seen.
Enchanteur's Elegant Musk body lotion is infused with aloe vera and olive butter. It leaves a lingering fragrance once applied.
And the final product, Micaroon Makeup pot lipgloss. Micaroon caught my attention about 2 years ago because of macarons (there's a difference between macarons and macaroons by the way). I love macarons- it's my go-to dessert. You have no idea how much I love the colored domes. Micaroon Makeup's packaging is inspired by desserts- so think macarons, cupcakes, lollies, whipped cream and the likes. This potted lip gloss is too cute to use!
In addition to this, this month's Glambox offered discounts on Vaniday, Sugar Moo Desserts and a voucher for a Roger & Gallet hand cream.
What did you like in your Glambox?
