Puma's Spring/Summer '17 Collection Launch

I've talked about my never ending love for Puma previously. It's a favorite of mine and I eagerly look forward to each collection they launch. There's something about Puma that other brands within the same segment just don't capture.

You can't replicate Puma. Their uniqueness most likely comes from the DNA of the brand and how it has drastically shifted the needle when it comes to sports and athleisure wear. I've been using Puma for a long time now and it's one of the few brands that actually motivate me to work-out constantly. I mean, how wonderful is their women's sports and training collection?

Puma launched their Spring/Summer '17 collection and my favorite? Easily the Swan Pack range. It's not because it is endorsed by a celeb, it's the design and color palette that caught my attention and made me fall in love with it instantly.

The Swan Pack collection is inspired by the dancers of New York City ballet/ Think grace, freedom of self-expression and strength coupled with the colors of the swan i.e. a black and white color palette, iridescent materials and feather prints.

Through this collection, Puma combines performance and style effortlessly whilst using breathable materials. The brand has also introduced their latest addition, the Fierce Strap Swan, the training shoes (featured above) that look utterly fashionable. And they come in the black color palette as well. Aren't they amazing? I personally prefer the white palette as the design is more prominent and quite unique.

The Puma Pulse Ignite XT is another favorite. It's a lightweight training shoe that supports dynamic movement. Doesn't this collection make you want to head to the gym right away?

Also, can we take a moment to appreciate how beautiful the Basket Heart sneakers are? These will make an outfit go from drab to chic in seconds! Love the satin ribbon addition- it's apt when it comes to ballet, isn't it?

When it comes to lifestyle options, Puma has got you covered. This is my favorite combination from the entire lot. While I'm not a fan of the color pink, this color palette is quite impressive. The detailing on the pants feature feathers of the swans and such minor details make a huge difference when it comes to design. It's absolutely gorgeous!

The Swan Pack also features sports inspired pieces infused with fashion. The Swan Cape is quite a beauty on its own. I love an all-black outfit!

I have to say, this could be Puma's best. What I love most is the fact that none of the products, whilst being inspired by the dancers are too feminine. I love the fact that there is a beautiful balance between style and performance and in my opinion, this is what makes Puma better than the rest.
